Is it possible for virtuous management of the finance area to turn into an advantage for customers, as well as for the company?
‘Absolutely yes, and for several reasons.
Strategic product range
We take a proactive approach to numbers, which are not only recorded but above all interpreted and used to consolidate and expand the company’s offering.
For the customer, it means a product range always up-to-date and corresponding to market demands thanks to a planned strategic vision.
Repeatability, timing, quality
Careful monitoring of purchasing and sales flows allows us to control the entire production process, regulating the purchase of raw materials, production volumes and the quality of an output that must guarantee consistency.
Customer satisfaction
The integration of an advanced ERP into our processes allows us to monitor customer satisfaction through the analysis of turnover trends. This allows us to be proactive, offering new stimuli, proposals, solutions. We question ourselves on the specific needs of individual companies and on the more general needs of an area.
Customisation
Product customisation is just one of the ways in which we seek the best answer for the customer. We design specific solutions that create a virtuous workflow also from the point of view of economics and timing. Careful analysis of the entire purchasing journey enables us to guarantee timely, consistent and effective supply flows.
Solidity
Last but not least, the control and financial security of a company is worth a point of trust for customers, who know they can count on a solid partner with whom they can build long-term projects.
The HR area: virtuous people make a virtuous company
In recent years, many initiatives have been implemented by SAIP to improve the working climate and produce real satisfaction for employees.
Just a few months ago we chose to sit at an important round table with the trade unions, signing a second-level supplementary agreement, which is much more rewarding for employees than the national metalworking contract.
Some examples?
7-hour paid 8-hour shifts for workshop staff and early leave of two every Friday for office staff, for the same salary, but also important benefits such as a package of paid hours that can be used for medical examinations for oneself or family members. And more. Ticket restaurants, performance bonuses and lots and lots of sharing.’
And that’s SAIP, too.
