Thanks to the Marco Vigorelli Foundation, SAIP met the students of the University of Milan within the CFRlab, a corporate family responsibility laboratory.
During the meeting we talked about how important it is to “stitch” involvement and responsibilities in the company onto people, with the profound belief that everything comes from well-cohesive teams. But to bring people together you need leaders capable of sharing business objectives and capable of creating a corporate climate based on common growth and a timely feedback system.
Another point touched on during the meeting was the importance of the well-being of the work team. A company that places people, relationships and sustainability at the center, in fact, creates a virtuous circle that leads to the improvement of company performance and an increase in value for stakeholders, also favoring an increase in attractiveness towards young people. talents.
SAIP pays great attention to the well-being of its employees, as demonstrated by the recent agreement on the reduction of working hours for the same salary, an initiative that looks to the future and to the growth of human capital, an essential pillar of every successful company.
